Q. How does the sizing run? [back to top]
A. The waist is adjustable and the seat doesn't matter. What we need to fit is the top of the thigh. So use the jeans size that would best fit the top of the thigh. Size 3-7 in jeans would be small, 8-10 medium, 11-12 large, 13-16 X-Large and 18-20 1X. The fabric has a lot of stretch. I wear a large but can zip up a medium on me no problem.
At this time we have the chaps in one length. We tried to size the chaps to fit the most people. They are longer than average because I figured that they will stack up on the boot of someone shorter and still work well for them, but fit those of us who are a bit taller.
The chaps will fit many men. If you contact us and let us know what size jeans you wear, we can make a good guess at what size would work.
If you decide to order a pair and they don't fit you are welcome to exchange or return them.
Q. What about the length? [back to top]
A. The zipper is 32" long. They may be a little long on a petite woman. But we have found that when wearing boots, spurs and in the saddle they are a great length for the majority of women.
Q. Do they really keep you dry? [back to top]
A. Yes. Rain beads off and snow doesn't stick to the fabric. They will keep your legs dry riding, working and as my reining trainer has pointed out in the wash rack.
Q. Are they really warm? They seem so light weight. [back to top]

A. Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total before shipping and tax. Shipping rates are listed in the table below. Shipping fees cover postage, packaging and handling fees associated with order delivery. We currently do not offer rush deliveries. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
